each mentorship will be curated based on what you need help with but for the most part it’ll be: rebuilding the relationship with yourself from the inside out. reconnecting with pleasure, creativity, confidence, holding yourself with patience instead of pressure, all of that!
the duration is flexible, ranging from 2 weeks up to 12 months. once you enroll, you’ll receive a welcome package (if you want) & complete/ sign a form that outlines the length of our time together, how we’ll connect, the platforms we’ll use , & the type of support that you’re comfortable receiving.

this mentorship will be held through Google Platforms, so it’ll be beneficial to have a Gmail account before signing up! you will have to sign a form via email before our first call together <3you will have the option of receiving a welcome package the first week of the mentorship, no matter the duration!
