By enrolling in any mentorship offered through Liyah The Tarot Reader, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, & agreed to the following terms.

All mentorships are intentional, personalized containers focused on self development, spiritual growth, emotional awareness, & personal alignment. Mentorship is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or a substitute for licensed mental health or medical professionals.

Enrollment & Agreements
Upon enrollment, clients are required to complete an intake form & review & sign a mentorship agreement sent via email. This agreement outlines the duration of the mentorship, scope of support, communication methods, platforms used, & expectations of both parties. Mentorship services do not begin until all required forms are completed & signed.

Duration & Commitment
Mentorships are offered in varying durations ranging from short term (2 weeks) to long term (up to 12 months). By enrolling, you are committing to the agreed upon duration selected at the time of signing. Mentorship duration cannot be shortened once initiated. Extensions or renewals must be mutually agreed upon.

Platforms & Communication
Mentorship services are conducted using Google Platforms in order to participate.

Communication frequency, session structure, &response times are outlined in the mentorship agreement. While support is intentional & consistent, 24/7 access is not provided unless explicitly stated in writing!

Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are scheduled only after required forms & Agreements are completed. These calls are to clarify foals, expectations, boundaries, & alignment. Discovery calls are not mentorship sessions & do not include coaching, readings or in depth guidance.

Boundaries & Scope of Support
Mentorship is collaborative & supportive in nature. Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, & outcomes throughout the mentorship. Guidance offered is intuitive, reflective, & educational, & should be applied at the client’s discretion!

Clients are expected to communicate honestly, respect boundaries, & engage with the mentorship container in good faith! Any form of disrespect, manipulation, or boundary crossing may result in termination of the mentorship without refund.

Refunds & Cancellation
All mentorship purchases are final. Due to the energetic, time based, & personalized nature of the mentorship, refunds are not offered once the mentorship has begin. Missed sessions, lack of participation, or changes in personal circumstance do not qualify for refunds.

Confidentiality
All personal information, shared experiences, & discussions within mentorship spaces are treated with confidentiality. However, clients understand that confidentiality does not extend to illegal activity or situations involving harm to self or others.

Energetic Responsibility Disclaimer
Mentorship work may involve self reflection, emotional awareness, & personal growth. Clients acknowledge that transformation can bring up discomfort & agree to take responsibility for their own emotional regulation, healing process, & integration outside of sessions!

Liyah The Tarot Reader reserves the right to decline or discontinue mentorships if it is not longer aligned, safe, or energetically appropriate.

For the most accurate & personalized astrology reading, please provide your full birth date, time, & location! The birth time is especially important when interpreting your rising sign, houses, & planetary placements. Without it, your reading can still be insightful—but it may be more general or symbolic than chart specific. If you’re still unsure of your birth time, let me know & I’ll still guide you based on the info you do have.

Please note that rituals take about 7 days to complete, depending on the energy & intentions required. Because of this, any readings included in your bundle will be completed first; this allows me to tap into your energy, understand what’s needed, & intuitively choose the best way to carry out your ritual(s).

What is the difference between a full ritual & a chime candle ritual?

Full Rituals is deeper work. It involves more preparation, tools, divination before & after, & energetic clean up. Most full Rituals are designed to move stuck patterns, heal the root issues & create long term change. I also guide you through the integration afterward with accountability, mindset shifts, shadow prompts, & sometimes even a plan so the work matches your real world actions!

Chime Candles Ritual is like a focused energy boost. It’s usually one intention, one candle, & a short working. Think of it as sending a clear signal to the universe to support something you’re already aligning with! It’s great for quick shifts or gentle energetic nudges.

I don’t offer group Rituals very often, but when I do, they are collective workings that involve multiple energies. By purchasing a spot in any group ritual, you acknowledge that results & experiences will vary from person to person based on aligned, participation, & timing!

Because these are group workings, you automatically grant permission for me to share photos or short clips from the ritual on my social media or website for documentation & educational purpose! Personal details will never be shared.

All Rituals are performed within my spiritual timing. Sometimes energy isn’t right on the exact day planned & I honor that for everyone’s protection. The turnaround time to receive your virtual update, notes, or follow up message is up to 24 hours.
