Booking Policies

  • To ensure the highest quality of energy & accuracy, all readings are subject to the following terms:

    1. Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery for readings is within 72 hours of booking, unless a different timeframe has been mutually agreed upon.

    2. Delivery Method: Effective April 1, all readings will be delivered exclusively via Email. It is the client's responsibility to provide a valid email address & monitor their inbox (including spam/junk folders). If you have not received your reading within the 72 hour window, please contact me immediately.

    3. Clarity Questions: Mini Readings: These are concise insights and do not include follow up questions.

      Full & Video Readings: These include two (2) clarity questions per session to ensure you fully understand the messages provided.

    4. Bundle Turnaround: Because bundles include multiple readings at a discounted rate, they require more energy and time to process. Please allow at least 7 business days for the full delivery of all components within a bundle.

      Delivery Method: As with all services effective April 1, these will be delivered to your provided email address.

    5. Refund Policy: If a reading is not delivered within the specified timeframe (& no extension was discussed), a refund may be requested and negotiated.

    6. Yes/No & Timing Questions: These are strictly for closed-ended inquiries (e.g., "Will I get the job?" or "When will this happen?").

      Formatting Requirements: Only questions formatted as "Yes/No" or specific "Timing" questions will be answered under this category.

      In Depth Inquiries: Open ended questions such as "How does [Name] feel about me?" or "What would happen if I move?" will not be answered in a Yes/No/Timing slot.

      Correction Policy: If an improperly formatted question is submitted, you will be given one (1) opportunity to reword your question or choose a different one that fits the category.

  • Effective April 1, 2026

    To maintain the spiritual integrity and energetic quality of my practice, Liyah The Tarot Reader no longer accepts all ritual or spellwork requests automatically.

    1. Mandatory Consultation: All ritual requests now require a preliminary assessment. This allows me to connect with both my spirit team and yours to determine if the work is necessary and if our energies are in alignment for the desired outcome.

    2. Consultation Fee: A non refundable $10.00 consultation fee is required for this initial assessment. This fee compensates for the time, labor, & energy expended during the energetic review.

    3. Service Credit: Should I decide to proceed with the ritual, the $10.00 fee will be credited toward the final cost of your service. Total pricing for rituals is determined on a case by case basis and will be discussed privately following the consultation.

    4. Right of Refusal: If it is determined that our energies are not a match, or if the spiritual guidance I receive suggests the work should not be performed, I reserve the right to decline the service. In these instances, the consultation fee remains non-refundable as it covers the service already rendered (the assessment).

    5. Disclaimer of Results: While I guarantee the dedicated performance of every ritual and a focused boost of spiritual energy toward your intentions, I cannot guarantee specific physical or material results. Spiritual work is subject to divine timing and individual free will. Consequently, all ritual services are non refundable once the work has been performed.

  • I offer two distinct paths for your spiritual evolution:

    1. Option 1: Self Paced - Purchase the curriculum and move through the materials at your own speed.

      Option 2: Personal Mentorship - This includes 1 on 1 sessions & depending on the mentorship, live classes will be held twice, weekly.

    2. Exclusivity & Waitlist: To prevent burnout & ensure high quality guidance, I limit personal mentorship to 15–20 clients at a time. If slots are full, you may join the waitlist. Vacancies will be announced as clients graduate or spots become available.

    3. Onboarding & Legal Agreements: Upon enrollment, all mentorship clients will receive official intake forms & agreements. These documents must be reviewed & signed before our first session begins.

    4. Platform Requirements: To maintain a streamlined and professional experience, all mentorships are hosted exclusively via Google Workspace. This includes:

      Google Classroom (Course materials and assignments)

      Google Drive (Shared resources)

      Google Meet (1-on-1 and group video sessions)

      Gmail (Official communication)

      Technical Requirement: It is mandatory for all mentorship participants to have a Gmail account to access these platforms effectively.

    5. Refund Policy: Mentorship fees are non refundable, particularly for those on monthly payment plans. Any exceptions to this policy must be discussed & mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Each item is handcrafted and energetically charged. Please note the following fulfillment windows:

    1. Small Orders (1-2 items): Ships within 8 business days.

    2. Standard/Large Orders (3+ items): Ships within 14 business days.

    3. Custom Oils & Bath Soaks: Due to the personalization process, these require 14 business days unless otherwise discussed.

    4. Bulk Orders: Timelines for bulk or wholesale orders will be discussed & finalized privately.

  • By purchasing any service or product from Liyah The Tarot Reader, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. All services are for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

    2. Spiritual guidance should never replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

    3. Liyah The Tarot. Reader is not liable for any actions taken by the client following a reading, ritual, or mentorship session.

    4. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms & waive the right to seek refunds through chargebacks or legal action outside of the refund parameters stated above.

  • I love offering special rates & pop up readings on social media, but to keep my business running smoothly:

    1. Prioritization: Full priced, standard bookings are always prioritized in my queue.

    2. Standard Delivery: While standard bookings come first, I still aim to maintain a 72 hour delivery window for social media specials unless otherwise stated during the promotion.

    3. Respect the Process: Booking a "Special" acknowledges that you are receiving a discounted rate and agree to the standard delivery timeline without expedited priority.
