Self Love Isn’t Always Soft
Social media has a lot of people thinking that self love is all about living a soft life, drinking matcha, getting your nails/hair/brows done, pilates, meditation, etc. Yes, those things can make us feel happy. Yes, those things can create intimate moments with ourselves. But what good does any of that do if you’re dealing with experiences that make you uncomfortable in life & within yourself?
